Flat water lagoon

Speed Spot is one of the most famous kite spots in Dakhla — a wide, flat lagoon with consistent thermic wind and shallow water. Ideal for progression at all levels, from your very first water starts to perfecting your jumps and transitions. The flat water makes it forgiving and fast.

White Dune

Lagoon — dune launch

White Dune is one of the most iconic spots in Dakhla — a stunning white sand dune that drops straight into the lagoon. The panoramic view from the top is unforgettable. A favorite for downwinder runs and photoshoots. The wind is powerful here, making it a spot to enjoy once you have your basics locked in.

Oyster Farm

Ultra-shallow flat water lagoon

The Oyster Farm area offers some of the most spectacular flat water in the lagoon — ankle to knee deep in places, with a firm sandy bottom. It’s the go-to spot for wing foiling and foilboarding, where you can glide over crystal-clear water in near silence. A hidden gem that most visitors never find on their own.

Atlantic Side

Ocean — waves

The Atlantic side of the Dakhla peninsula is a completely different world from the lagoon — raw ocean, rolling waves, and powerful swells. This is where surfers and advanced wave kiters come to challenge themselves. A short drive from the villa, it offers a dramatic contrast to the flat water sessions and a rush for those ready for it.
